Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using BilingualsTrade.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The user acknowledges that BilingualsTrade.com is a platform operated under Bilinguals Multi-Services and is maintained, administered, and controlled by Bilinguals Multi-Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You must complete KYC verification before placing trades or making withdrawals where required by law.
• You must not be a resident of any country sanctioned by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or any other country where use of the Platform would be illegal.
• Account registration requires an invitation code unless you are the platform owner.

3. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (email, password, PIN, 2FA codes, exchange API keys).
• You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Trading Services

4.1 Bot trading

The Platform provides automated trading bots that execute trades on connected exchanges according to your configured rules. Bot signals are not investment advice. You are solely responsible for activating bots, choosing strategies, and reviewing performance.

4.2 AI-generated signals

The Platform uses multiple AI providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter) to analyze market data and generate trading signals. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong. You retain full responsibility for trades you authorize.

4.3 Exchange execution

Trades execute on third-party exchanges where you hold the assets. The Platform does not custody your funds. Exchange outages, network congestion, slippage, or exchange-side risk control may delay or prevent execution.

4.4 Paper trading

Paper trading mode is for educational and testing purposes only. Paper trading P&L does not reflect what you would have earned with real money because real-world slippage, fees, and liquidity constraints are not perfectly modeled.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

• Platform subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan tier.
• Trades incur exchange-side fees (paid to the exchange, not us) and may incur Platform fees disclosed at the time of subscription.
• We may change fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

6. Withdrawals and Funds

• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification, AML review, and Platform safety controls.
• Large withdrawals may trigger additional verification.
• The Platform does not hold your cryptocurrency. Assets remain in your connected exchange accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity
• Manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or coordinate with others to manipulate prices
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape data beyond what our public APIs permit
• Misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility
• Share your account credentials with anyone
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defraud other users

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its source code, design, content, AI prompts, and trademarks are owned by Bilinguals Multi-Services. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Platform for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILINGUALS MULTI-SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Trading losses, including losses from bot decisions, AI signals, or your own trades
• Exchange outages, hacks, insolvencies, or any third-party failure
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bilinguals Multi-Services from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration takes place in Boston, Massachusetts. You waive the right to participate in class actions. The losing party pays arbitration fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes require 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
